We hope you enjoy every item from Kavetas. However, if you feel it's not suitable, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.

What You Should Know First
• The item must be in its original condition and include all packaging.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless the item is damaged or defective).
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• End-of-life items, custom items, and limited-time half-price items are non-refundable.
Common Return Scenarios
1. Incorrect Size
All our products use international standard sizes. 1. If the size is not suitable, you can apply for an exchange—shipping costs are borne by the customer.
2. Slight color deviation
Due to differences in monitor settings and natural gemstones (especially turquoise), slight color differences are normal and not considered a defect.
3. Allergic reaction
If you experience an adverse reaction, please stop using the product and contact us with photos. Return shipping costs are borne by you.
4. Defects or damage
If there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please report it within 7 days of receipt for a free replacement.
5. Change of mind
• Within 7 days: A $7.99 handling fee will be charged, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Within 8-30 days: A 20% restocking fee will be charged.
• Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
6. Return policy for buy-two-get-one-free and similar promotions
• If only one item is returned: The order will no longer qualify for the buy-two-get-one-free promotion and will be automatically disqualified without a refund.
• If two items are returned:
1) The remaining items will be refunded at their original price.
The refund amount will be the total order amount minus the original price of the remaining items, plus a handling fee charged according to platform policy.
• Gift Requirements: Regardless of the number of items returned, gifts must be returned at the same time when applying for a return or refund; otherwise, a full refund will not be possible.
Replacement Shipping Costs
• USA: Reshipment fee $5.99
• International (Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.): Reshipment fee $7.99. You need to return the original item before sending out the replacement.
Return Instructions (Special Circumstances or Late Returns)
If you are unable to use the self-service portal, or if your order has exceeded the 30-day return period, you can contact us directly for assistance. Please send an email to service@kavetas.com with the following information: • Reason for return • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective). Once your application is approved, we will send you the return address. Please ensure your returned items are properly packaged and include: • Your order number • The email address used when placing the order. After shipment, please send the tracking number to service@kavetas.com. Note: Unauthorized returns or used items will not be accepted. Returns are only accepted for unused items in their original packaging.
If the return is due to the consumer's fault, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. Specific costs depend on the courier company you choose.
If the returned goods are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer will not be responsible for shipping costs.
