Order Processing and Shipping Schedule
Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days on a first-come, first-served basis (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing time includes sourcing, quality inspection, and packaging to ensure your jewelry arrives undamaged.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 5-10 business days after order placement. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery time may be up to 15 business days due to increased order volume.
If you need to receive your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend placing your order in advance to avoid delays.
Order Tracking and Shipment Confirmation
Real-time Tracking: After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please wait patiently for 48-72 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the system.
Logistics Tracking Delay: We do not process shipments on Saturdays and Sundays, so orders placed over the weekend may experience slight delays in logistics tracking updates. Tracking Assistance: If you haven't received tracking information within a few days of placing your order, please contact us at service@kavetas.com and we will assist you immediately.
Shipping Accuracy and Responsibility: Customers must enter accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Since some areas cannot be delivered to post offices, please fill in the address information as completely as possible.
Kavetas is not responsible if delivery is impossible due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing destination information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be charged a reshipping fee of $7.99. If a refund is requested due to non-delivery, a $7.99 handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Address or order information cannot be modified after shipment. For any changes, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
Proof of Delivery: Kavetas considers the transaction complete once the carrier marks the order as "Delivered." If you cannot find your package, we recommend contacting family, neighbors, your property management office, or your local post office before contacting customer service.
Claims for Undelivered Packages: If you believe your package is lost or stolen, you must contact your local postal service or shipping carrier for further assistance.

Dispute and Chargeback Prevention
To uphold fair business practices and prevent fraudulent claims, in the event of a dispute, we will submit the following materials:

✔ Proof of delivery from the logistics carrier
Kavetas follows a strict dispute resolution process. Orders with confirmed shipments may not be eligible for a refund. We encourage customers to contact us directly regarding any order issues before filing a dispute.
