KAVETAS offers free U.S. shipping on all orders. Every zodiac bracelet also arrives in a complimentary gift box.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery is 7–15 days after your order is placed. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take additional time to begin showing movement after shipment.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

If your package is delayed, marked delivered but cannot be located, or arrives with an issue, please contact us at service@kavetas.com. Include your order number so we can assist you.
